Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

Accurately diagnose repairs and write work orders by recommending maintenance beyond the initial customer request as appropriate

Always focus on long-term bicycle safety and performance

Provide accurate cost estimates and due date for repairs

Complete all scheduled work orders, from minor repairs to complete overhauls on time

Maintain an organized, efficient and clean work area

Train and lead other technicians on mechanical and procedural concepts

Process warranties

Maintain tool and part orders for service shop

Ability to meet all customer needs and guarantee customer satisfaction

Complete all required training programs

Ability to understand, adhere to and implement all company policies and standards

Ensure 24-hour turnaround for all work orders
