About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs for clients in the Adult Medical DayCare program.
- Conduct health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding health management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
- Assist with daily living activities and promote client independence.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
- Participate in training and continuing education to enhance nursing skills.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of New Jersey.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a medical daycare or geriatric setting.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate demeanor with a passion for patient care.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
