- Negotiate deals confidently, ensuring mutual satisfaction while closing sales effectively.

- Maintain excellent customer service standards by providing professional phone communication and ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through deal closing.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions positively.
- Experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development roles that involve outbound calling and warm calling techniques.
- Knowledge of sales technology adoption, including Salesforce Cloud and other CRM software platforms.
- Proven ability in technical sales or technology sales environments, demonstrating understanding of complex products or services.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Familiarity with B2B (business-to-business) sales processes and customer service best practices.
