We are seeking a motivated, energetic contractor to help maximize our clinic growth. The Growth Optimizer will be responsible for supporting patient acquisition and local growth efforts for the clinic. This person will help strengthen community referral relationships, identify new outreach opportunities, support Google and online visibility, coordinate with clinic staff on lead follow-up, and help increase booked and completed new patient appointments.
The ideal candidate is comfortable with outreach, local networking, community events, light marketing coordination, and basic performance tracking. They should be self-directed, professional, and able to communicate in a way that reflects trust, discretion, and care.
Primary Goals

· Helping the clinic better understand which lead sources are working
· Coordinating with clinic staff to make sure lead follow-up is happening consistently
Key Responsibilities
· New Patient Appointment Growth
· Help generate qualified new patient appointments through local outreach, referral activity, community events, and online visibility support.
· Track booked appointments connected to outreach efforts.
· Track which appointments show.
· Track new TRT starts connected to contractor-supported outreach efforts.
· Help identify where potential patients are dropping off before scheduling or showing.
· Coordinate with clinic admin to make sure interested patients are being followed up with quickly and consistently.

Experience Preferred
Preferred experience may include:
· Healthcare, wellness, fitness, med spa, or men’s health marketing
· Local business development
· Community outreach or event tabling
· Sales or referral relationship building
· Appointment generation
· Google Business Profile support
· Social media or content coordination
· Chamber, nonprofit, or local event involvement
Healthcare experience is helpful but not required. The most important traits are follow-through, professionalism, comfort with outreach, and the ability to help turn community interest into scheduled appointments.
Success Measures
This role will be evaluated based on practical growth outcomes, including:
· New patient appointments booked from outreach or events
· Completed new patient appointments from outreach or events
· New TRT starts connected to outreach or events
· Referral relationships developed
· Community events attended
· Event leads generated and followed up on by the clinic
· Google reviews generated
· Quality and consistency of weekly reporting
The clinic is not looking for general marketing activity alone. The goal is measurable patient acquisition.
Pay: $500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Surprise, AZ 85374
