This is a collections-based associate opportunity for a doctor who is looking to take ownership of a patient base within an established, high-demand clinical environment.

Our office is a fully modern, technology-driven practice with a strong focus on specialty dentistry. We primarily treat pediatric patients, along with a significant base of families and adult airway patients who require coordinated care.
The practice is located in a rapidly growing residential area of Northwest Hoboken, surrounded by new luxury high-rise developments and young families, with convenient access to NYC transportation.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care
- Diagnose, plan, and manage full treatment cases independently
- Build and maintain a growing pediatric patient base
- Collaborate with in-house specialty providers when appropriate
- Deliver excellent patient experience and communication with families
Ideal Candidate
- dentist with prior clinical experience at least 3 years
- Strong clinical judgment and treatment planning ability
- Excellent communication and bedside manner with children and parents
- Interested in long-term growth within a private practice setting
- Comfortable operating independently with full clinical autonomy
- Understands and values a collections-based compensation structure with ownership of patient care
Compensation
- Percentage of collections (competitive and commensurate with experience)
