Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across dispatch, warehouse, and delivery.
- Lead and develop the team.
- Manage routing, scheduling, and fleet efficiency.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements
- 2 years managing a team
- Knowledge of DOT/FMSCA regulations
- Strong dispatch, warehouse and delivery knowledge
- Experience with Crown system preferred.
