Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator
Best Solutions Home Medical is seeking a dependable, organized, and technology-savvy Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This role combines warehouse management, inventory control, deliveries, equipment setup, and light service work.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working both in the warehouse and in the field, enjoys solving problems, and takes ownership of keeping operations organized and running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Stage products and materials for upcoming jobs and deliveries
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and deliveries
- Coordinate product returns and warranty items
Inventory Management
- Track inventory levels and assist with inventory counts
- Update inventory and shipment information in company software systems
- Upload incoming shipments and documentation into company platforms
- Help maintain accurate inventory records and identify stock shortages
- Assist with improving warehouse organization and efficiency
Deliveries & Equipment Support
- Deliver equipment, materials, and products to customers and job sites
- Assemble and set up mobility and home medical equipment
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment when needed
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and service visits
- Document completed deliveries and service activities
Team Coordination
- Communicate inventory, delivery, and material needs with team members
- Support project preparation and warehouse logistics
- Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as assigned
- Help ensure materials and equipment are available when needed
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and business software
- Strong attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move equipment and materials safely
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience
- Delivery or route-based work experience
- Experience assembling or servicing equipment
- Experience with inventory management software, CRM systems, or Monday.com
- Forklift experience
