Role Summary
Our Chesterfield, VA team is looking for a dedicated and talented Sign Installer to help us transform client concepts into reality. You will be responsible for the physical setup of diverse signage, ranging from exterior displays to storefront branding. We are looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work and brings a meticulous eye for detail to every project.
Core Duties-
Execute the setup of diverse signage types, such as vehicle graphics, channel lettering, and banners.

Analyze technical schematics and blueprints to guarantee precise placement and assembly.

Operate power tools, lifts, and ladders with a focus on safe and efficient site practices.

Work alongside colleagues and clients to help ensure every project outcome aligns with the intended vision.

Conduct necessary upkeep and fix existing signage to keep displays in top condition.

Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by adhering to all regulatory and company guidelines.

Keep the work area tidy while tracking material and supply inventory levels.
Requirements-
Completion of high school or a GED; vocational training related to signage is beneficial.

Demonstrated history of working in sign installation or a comparable trade.

Solid mechanical skills and proficiency in handling various power and manual tools.

Strong analytical abilities to resolve issues and a sharp focus on precision.

Capability to function effectively both solo and within a collaborative group setting.

Possession of a dependable vehicle and a current driver's license.
