Compensation & Perks
- Starting Pay: $0.70 CPM (Gross weekly average: $1,750 - $2,275+ depending on miles)
- Sign-On Perks: Fully paid training and company-provided paid fuel cards
- Employment Type: 1099 Contracted Solo Driver & Owner Operator Positions
- Home Time: 14–21 expected days out, with 5 days off for every 14 days worked

Premium Equipment & Freight
- Fleet: Newer model Volvo and Freightliner trucks
- Transmission: 100% automatic fleet for maximum comfort
- Cabin Amenities: Equipped with microwaves, refrigerators, and APU sleeper units
- Freight Type: Refrigerated (reefer) and Dry Van
- Drop & Hook: No-touch freight—your job is to monitor and transport, not unload.
Core Responsibilities
- Safe Driving: Maintain safe OTR operation across regional and national routes
- Logistics Tracking: Monitor freight conditions (such as temperature-controlled reefer goods)
- Daily Inspections: Complete standard pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Compliance: Strictly adhere to FMCSA, DOT, and hazardous materials safety standards
- Tech Logging: Utilize GPS navigation and maintain accurate Electronic Logging Device (ELD) hours of service (HOS) logs.
Minimum Hiring Requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of verifiable Tractor-Trailer experience
- Transmission: Complete comfort operating automatic commercial vehicles
- Driving Record: Maximum of 1 moving violation in the last 3 years
- Safety Record: Maximum of 1 preventable accident within the last year
- Knowledge: Familiarity with diverse trailer types (Reefer, Dry Van, Hazmat) and DOT regulations.
