We are a growing commercial trucking company specializing in semi trucks, trailers, and commercial equipment. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Commercial Equipment & Semi Truck Sales Manager to lead sales, build customer relationships, and help expand our business.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales operations for semi trucks, trailers, and commercial equipment.
- Generate new business through phone calls, online leads, and networking.
- Assist customers with financing and lease options.
- Build and maintain relationships with owner-operators, fleet owners, and commercial clients.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales.
- Maintain inventory listings on online marketplaces.
- Coordinate with lenders, title processing, and delivery.
- Train and support sales staff.
- Meet monthly sales goals.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial truck, heavy equipment, or automotive sales.
- Previous sales management experience preferred.
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of commercial truck financing is a plus.
- Ability to use CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Valid driver's license.
