Monday–Friday Day Shift | No Nights | No Weekends
American Woods builds high-end residential wood furniture for industry-leading brands across North America. From cabinets and dressers to bedframes, tables, bookshelves, and more, our team takes pride in creating products that become part of people's homes for years to come.
We are currently hiring for multiple production areas:
- Milling
- Machining
- Saws / Material Preparation
- Cabinet Building / Press Assembly
- Paint & Finish
Pay: $18–$20/hour depending on position and experience
No Manufacturing Experience? No Problem.

What You'll Be Doing
Depending on the department, you may:
- Operate production equipment and machinery
- Cut, prepare, and move materials
- Assemble furniture components
- Sand, scuff, inspect, and prepare products for finishing
- Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process
- Read measurements and follow work instructions
- Learn multiple processes through cross-training opportunities
