About Us
Magic Smoothies is a fast-growing smoothie and açaí bowl shop dedicated to serving fresh, high-quality smoothies, bowls, juices, and healthy snacks. We are looking for energetic, positive, and dependable team members who enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Open Availability Required
We are seeking team members with flexible schedules and open availability. Applicants must be available to work a combination of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates with limited availability may not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Take customer orders accurately using our POS system
- Prepare smoothies, açaí bowls, juices, and other menu items according to recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and inventory as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and customer service
Requirements
- Open availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Food service, restaurant, coffee shop, smoothie shop, or retail experience is a plus but not required
