CDL Class A Driver Position
Job Summary
Our company is looking to fill a CDL driver position hauling grains, feed, and fertilizer locally and regionally. This position offers a professional driving opportunity that allows you to be home every night. Position requires the ability to utilize, operate, and clean belt-driven and hopper style trailers.
CDL Driver Duties and Responsibilities
- Operates vehicle in accordance with Occupational and Safety Health Act (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements as well as all local, state and federal requirements and Company expectations for the Fleet; maintains a clean and safe vehicle.
- Performs pre- and post-trip inspections
- Work closely with the trucking dispatcher to ensure safe and proper delivery of product
- Utilize modern dispatching technology for day to day paperwork completion
Driver CDL Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Ability to utilize technology for receiving and sending paperwork
- Valid Class A CDL
- Applicant must be 18 years of age
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
