ROLE: Landscape Builder – Install Crew Technician

We serve both residential and commercial clients with project-based services like sod installation, grading, planting, drainage correction, and more.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:DAILY OPERATIONS & JOB EXECUTION
- Execute scheduled lawn maintenance services with precision and efficiency.
- Ensure job sites are completed on time, with quality that exceeds client expectations.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the job site and company vehicle.
CREW SUPERVISION & LEADERSHIP
- Lead a crew of 1–3 technicians, assigning tasks and keeping the team on pace.
- Train new team members on equipment use, safety, and quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain morale and productivity throughout the day.
EQUIPMENT HANDLING & MAINTENANCE
- Perform daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs.
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned, fueled, and secured at end of day.
CUSTOMER INTERACTION & ON-SITE COMMUNICATION
- Greet clients courteously when present on site.
- Handle minor concerns or feedback professionally and escalate when necessary.
QUALITY ASSURANCE & SAFETY
- Perform final walkthroughs to ensure all services meet company quality standards.
- Enforce all safety protocols and use of PPE on site.
REPORTING & FEEDBACK
- Use mobile app to log completed jobs, time, and any notes or issues.
- Provide feedback to management on crew performance, client needs, and route efficiency.
