This is much more than a front desk job. You'll be an important part of our patient care team, splitting your time between coordinating the daily operations of the office and working directly with patients by assisting them through doctor-prescribed physical rehabilitation exercises.

Position Summary
As our Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients while helping create an exceptional patient experience from check-in through treatment. In addition to managing front office responsibilities, you will work one-on-one with patients, guiding them through individualized rehabilitation exercises and ensuring they perform their prescribed protocols correctly and safely.
ResponsibilitiesFront Office Coordination
- Welcome patients with a friendly and professional attitude
- Answer phones, emails, and text messages
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Verify insurance benefits
- Collect copays and patient balances
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain electronic patient records (EHR)
- Assist with new patient paperwork
- Coordinate patient flow throughout the day
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
Patient Rehabilitation Assistance
- Teach and supervise doctor-prescribed physical rehabilitation exercises
- Demonstrate proper exercise technique and monitor patient performance
- Encourage patients and ensure exercises are performed safely and correctly
- Prepare rehabilitation equipment and treatment areas
- Document patient participation and communicate progress to the doctor
- Help create a positive, motivating treatment environment
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Comfortable learning new technology and office software
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Comfortable standing, walking, and demonstrating exercises throughout the day

Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday-Friday. Friday you are done at 12pm!
