Minimum 2 years of SLP experience required

Valid and unrestricted SLP license in Washington state (license required if applicable)

Candidates must maintain a permanent address at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
