Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum frameworks aligned with early childhood education best practices, ensuring they meet developmental milestones and regulatory standards
- Lead strategic planning initiatives to expand program offerings, improve quality, and enhance community outreach efforts
- Manage budgets effectively, overseeing financial planning, resource allocation, and fundraising activities to support program sustainability and growth
- Supervise school administrative staff and educators, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and professional development facilitation in areas such as instructional leadership and classroom management
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to early childhood education, including special education law and educational standards
