Position Overview
We are seeking friendly, reliable, and service-driven Servers to join our team. As a Server at The Fort, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional dining experience by delivering attentive service, maintaining strong menu knowledge, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests promptly and provide a warm, welcoming experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverages
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with a positive attitude
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section and service areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
