With a newly granted All Alcohol License, extended outdoor dining, and dinner service now in full swing, we’re looking for a restaurant career-minded leader to help us take things to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our management team, you’ll play a critical role in the daily operations of our high-volume, fast-paced restaurant. Responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating front- and back-of-house staff
- Overseeing daily service operations and ensuring smooth shifts
- Customer service and conflict resolution
- Managing inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Enforcing company policies and maintaining service standards
- Monitoring labor and food cost control
- Helping shape our growing dinner and bar programs
- Providing strategic input and operational support for new initiatives
Who You Are
We’re looking for a leader who thrives in the hospitality world and brings a mix of passion, urgency, and professionalism to the table.
Requirements:
- Lives within 30 minutes of Waltham, MA (We are not reviewing applicants who have resident locations out of state. Make sure you update your Indeed profile if you have moved or relocated to MA. This includes 'willing to relocate' applicants.)
- Valid driver’s license
- Open availability during all of our service periods (5 day, 40-50hr work week)
- Minimum 2 years of full-service restaurant experience
- Restaurant management or supervisor experience preferred
- Hospitality, Business, or related degree a plus
- Current certifications (or willingness to obtain):
- ServSafe
- TIPS (Alcohol Awareness)
- Allergen Awareness
Compensation & Benefits
- $25–$30/hr base pay, depending on experience with overtime ($37.50–$45/hr)
- Pathway to General Manager based on performance
- Paid vacation/flex time: 2 weeks (10 days) after 6 months

Established in 2004, In A Pickle is a fun, fast-paced, full-service restaurant located in Waltham, MA. Known for our creative menu, high-volume brunch, and exciting new dinner offerings, we serve up to 160 guests between our indoor and outdoor seating.
Current Hours:
- Monday: 8 AM – 3 PM
- Tuesday: Closed
- Wednesday – Friday: 8 AM – 10 PM
- Saturday: 7 AM – 10 PM
- Sunday: 7 AM – 3 PM

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
