What We Expect From You
- Have at least 1 year of restaurant experience
- Arrive on time and ready to work
- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
- Manage the seating chart to balance server sections
- Accurately quote wait times and manage guest expectations
- Handle reservations and walk-ins efficiently
- Answer phone calls professionally and assist with inquiries
- Communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Keep the host stand, entryway, and menus clean and organized
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance
- Be attentive to guest needs while waiting
- Handle complaints or concerns courteously and involve a manager if needed
- Help with bussing, refilling menus, rolling silverware, togo orders, or other duties as needed
