Summary of Performance Expectations
Performs chain-of-custody drug screen collections, breath alcohol testing and collects blood samples.
Education and Credentials:
Required:
High School diploma or equivalent. Certification in Phlebotomy or equivalent experience or training. Certified to collect drug screen and perform breath alcohol determinations meeting DOT regulations. BCLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Previous healthcare experience. Given training and on-the-job experience, incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of the job within three months of employment date.
