We’re looking for energetic and reliable team players to join us in Support roles, which include Food Runner/Busser or Barback. These positions are the backbone of service — ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless dining experience while keeping the restaurant and bar running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Food Runner/Busser:
- Deliver food quickly and accurately from kitchen to table
- Reset and clean tables for the next guests
- Assist servers and engage positively with guests
Barback:
- Stock liquor, garnishes, glassware, and supplies
- Support bartenders by keeping the bar organized and fully supplied
- Assist with dishwashing and guest needs as required
General Support Expectations:
- Communicate clearly with FOH and BOH staff
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards at all times
- Respond to guest requests and feedback promptly
- Work as a team to provide outstanding service
- Take on additional duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Willingness to follow instructions and ask for clarification when needed
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable navigating stairs during shifts
- Availability to work weekends and some holidays
Age Requirements:
- Food Runner/Busser: 16+
- Barback: 18+
