We are seeking an individual to join our insurance agency in the Missouri City/Sugar Land area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and have excellent customer service skills. As an Insurance Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to achieve agency growth, retention and sales goals.
We offer a base hourly pay + Commission
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing policyholders
- Administer insurance policies, including processing policy changes and quotes
- Educate clients on various insurance options to meet their needs
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
