Director of Agent Experiences
Position Type:
Part-time, 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role
Overview
The Director of Agent Experiences will support our dynamic leadership team and provide dedicated support to nearly 200 real estate agents. Training will be provided, and the ideal candidate will apply it with energy and initiative. We're looking for a highly motivated, talented, upbeat, organized, and service-oriented person with fantastic people skills.
As the first point of contact upon entering the office, the Director of Agent Experiences is responsible for creating a high-energy, positive, and professional environment for agents and visitors alike.
Ideal Candidate Skills
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, or front-desk reception preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, and comfortable learning new software and systems.
- Current or previous real estate license preferred.
- Excellent social media skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus.
- Coachable, with a strong eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities
- Focus on our agents and help them grow their businesses through KW models, systems, tools, and training.
- Greet visitors and new agents with a smile and hospitality.
- Keep common areas neat, clean, and welcoming.
- Inventory and ordering supplies.
- Create and promote marketing flyers.
- Responsible for deliveries, pick-ups, mail, copier, and other office equipment.
- Manage and reply to incoming phone calls, voicemails, emails
- Keep the agent roster on various systems accurate and current.
- Organize classes and events for the Market Center, including setting up sponsors and taking attendance.
- Make care calls to all associates.
- Inform agents of upcoming classes in and out of the office.
- Support new agent onboarding.
- Manage conference room schedules for agents and leadership.
- Complete data entry for various projects.
- Create various reports, agent announcements, and flyers (birthdays, new agents, anniversaries).
- Other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader, Market Center Administrator or other leadership personnel.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
