Fungyun is seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining safety standards, supervising warehouse staff, and driving productivity. You will play a key role in our Company's operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
- Enforce safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Operate and ensure proper use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.
- Support implementation of new procedures and process improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse efficiency.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; additional logistics or supply chain certification is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS), RF Scanners, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to create and understand SOPs
- Ability to monitor and measure productivity metrics and drive improvements
- Strong leadership with coaching and communication skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) ability to effectively speak and understand Spanish is preferred to support communication with employees.
