Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our innovative skincare and aesthetic medicine team. In this role, you will leverage your advanced clinical expertise to deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments, including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, and laser procedures, PDO threads, and Ultherapy, Xerf. Your passion for enhancing patient confidence and your proficiency in medical aesthetics will drive outstanding patient experiences. Duties
- Perform aesthetic procedures such as botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, ultherapy, xerf, PDO threads and aesthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine suitability for various cosmetic interventions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patients’ aesthetic goals and medical histories.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation, including treatment records and patient progress notes, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, dermatologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and realistic expectations to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Manage clinic operations efficiently, including scheduling appointments and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Experience
- Proven experience working as a Nurse Practitioner in a medical or aesthetic setting, with a strong background in dermatology or cosmetic medicine preferred.
- Hands-on expertise in botulinum toxin (Botox) administration and dermal filler injections.
- Familiarity with laser technology for skin rejuvenation and esthetic laser treatments.
- Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation.
- Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary healthcare teams in outpatient or clinic environments.
- Demonstrated ability to perform patient assessments, vital signs measurement, and clinical examinations confidently.
- Prior exposure to medical office management and understanding of HIPAA compliance.
