Position Summary
Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, this role is responsible for supporting revenue growth through customer engagement, lead follow-up, accurate data management, and document processing. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and comfortable balancing sales activities with administrative responsibilities. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer interactions, documentation, and sales opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Support sales objectives by engaging prospective and existing customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-up communications.

Qualify inbound leads, gather customer information, and maintain accurate records throughout the sales process.

Process customer applications, forms, contracts, and supporting documentation while ensuring completeness and accuracy.

Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions, update account information, manage pipeline activity, and document follow-up actions.

Educate customers on products and services, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and additional solutions.

Assist customers throughout the sales process by answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing exceptional service.

Conduct follow-up outreach to obtain missing documentation, verify account details, and support sales conversion efforts.

Maintain organized electronic records and ensure all customer files are up to date and compliant with company procedures.

Handle a high volume of customer calls while building positive relationships and delivering a professional customer experience.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient processing of customer requests and timely completion of transactions.

Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, administrative support, or a related role.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.

Ability to manage customer documentation, records, and follow-up activities efficiently.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with sales and service goals.
