At RPI Management, smooth operations and happy tenants are what we’re all about. We are a premier property management company servicing the Coulee Region, and we’re looking for a proactive, "can-do-it-all" Maintenance Lead to join our team.

You won’t just be keeping property maintenance moving—you’ll be building strong tenant relationships, keeping projects on schedule, and ensuring our day-to-day operations flow seamlessly.
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
- Preventative Maintenance: Oversee and manage property upkeep schedules to prevent issues before they start.
- Work Orders & Turnovers: Schedule, track, and execute daily work orders, emergency repairs, unit remodels, and turnover maintenance between tenants.
- Team Leadership & Communication: Direct, support, and coordinate daily tasks for maintenance technicians and crew members.
- Inventory & Safety: Keep the shop, tools, and equipment clean, organized, safe, and fully stocked.
- On-Call Responsibilities: Assist with occasional after-hours emergencies (rare, but fully compensated with premium pay).
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Leadership: Excellent communication skills with a positive, solutions-oriented approach for both team members and tenants.
- Maintenance Expertise: Hands-on experience leading a team and a strong technical understanding of facility/residential maintenance.
- Strong Problem Solving: Ability to prioritize multiple moving parts efficiently while staying calm under pressure.
- Bonus Points: Bilingual or multilingual skills are a major plus!
