- Perform detailed inspections and functional testing of video equipment and related systems before deployment.
- Verify equipment readiness, quality standards, and operational accuracy.
- Organize, pull, and stage equipment to support accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
- Confirm all required components and accessories are included before shipment.
- Identify equipment concerns and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
- Maintain documentation and follow established quality control processes.
- Assist with equipment returns, organization, and inventory management activities.
- Support warehouse operations and equipment preparation during peak demand periods.
- Experience supporting professional video, AV, or live event technology environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Effective organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy in a production-driven environment.
