Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food service industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, managing orders efficiently, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer the phone and take reservations and take out orders
- Provide menu recommendations to enhance guest experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. .
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed, including stocking supplies and cleaning work areas.
- Help bus boys when needed
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience is required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
