What you will do
As a Cannabis Processing Tech , you are tasked with assisting in the processing, packaging, storage, and transfer of all Labs inventory. You will be responsible for executing established work processes to guarantee that our standard operating procedures are followed.
- Production: Operate equipment such as washing machines, and blunt production machinery, to create high-quality products.
- Packaging: Hand-fold product tips, weigh inventory, and package lab materials with precision.
- Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate records regarding material weights, batch information, lab sampling, and waste tracking in accordance with state regulations.
- Quality Control: Identify and report discrepancies, communicate quality concerns to the Lab Manager, and implement guidance from the sales department.
Requirements
- Licensing: All Cannabis Processing Techs Must be currently licensed to work with cannabis in the state of Oklahoma.
- Skills: Ability to analyze and solve problems, basic knowledge of spreadsheet software, and the ability to organize and package material.
- Manual Dexterity: Ability to handle small, delicate objects with precision and care.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for extended periods and frequently lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.
- Professionalism: Trustworthy, punctual, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Work Environment
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Employees are required to adhere to all provisions of the Employee Handbook, including the Drug and Alcohol Policy, and must maintain a professional, substance-free environment.
