Duties
- Maintain plumbing systems including drainage, sewer lines, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings
- Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites
- Use plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose blockages or damage within pipes and sewer lines
- Perform drain cleaning using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to clear obstructions efficiently
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans as needed
- Perform routine plumbing system inspections and maintenance to prevent future issues
- Heavy lifting of materials and equipment required for installation or repair projects
Requirements
- Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing sewers or related trades such as piping or handyman work
- Knowledge of construction plumbing, residential plumbing, commercial plumbing, and remodeling practices
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, high pressure jetters, and plumbing inspection cameras
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and interpret schematics effectively
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards governing plumbing work
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely in various environments
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex tasks
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical data
- Construction site experience including working at heights or confined spaces is preferred
