The Role
As a Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, non-medical support that helps clients maintain their dignity and independence at home. Responsibilities may include:
- Personal care and daily living assistance
- Companionship and emotional support
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Transportation and errands (if you have a vehicle)
- Respite care
- Following care plans, documenting accurately, and maintaining client safety
What We're Looking For
- 3 valid work references required to qualify for a pay increase
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance (preferred)
- Ability to pass state and national background checks
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality care
- Compassion and Care for the Elderly
Preferred experience:
- Alzheimer's and dementia care
- Hospice care support
- Fall prevention
Pay
- $19.50/hr starting pay, no experience required
- Pay increase available with 3 valid work references
- Bi-weekly pay
- Overtime based on business need

Scheduling
- 3, 4, 8, and 12-hour shifts
