Job Overview
Guerrero Law Group PLLC is seeking a skilled and highly organized Corporate Paralegal to join our growing legal team in Doral, Florida. This is a full-time, on-site position (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM).
The ideal candidate will play a key role supporting attorneys in corporate matters, assisting with entity formation, transactional work, compliance, and document management. This role requires strong attention to detail, familiarity with Florida corporate filings, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
Compensation: $22–$24 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, prepare, and organize corporate documents, including Operating Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Buy-Sell Agreements, By-Laws, Resolutions, and Meeting Minutes
- Assist attorneys with business transactions and corporate closings
- Prepare and submit filings with Florida and other state agencies
- Maintain corporate records, entity files, and internal documentation
- Communicate with clients to collect information and coordinate corporate matters
- Track deadlines and ensure ongoing corporate compliance
Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal or legal assistant
- Working knowledge of Florida corporate law and state filings
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Clio or similar legal case management software
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
