Job Title: Licensed Journeyman Electrician

Job Summary:
Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Licensed Journeyman Electricians to support the construction of a new data center facility in Ellendale, ND. This is a long-term project with overtime opportunities, offering stable, high-volume work in a commercial construction environment.
Compensation & Schedule:
- Pay: $60/hour
- Per Diem: Lodging + $50/day or $115/day (if eligible)
- Hours: 60+ hours/week
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (5+ 12-hour shifts)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 1+ year
Key Responsibilities:
- Install trapeze hangers, cable tray supports, and seismic-rated systems
- Assemble and install prefabricated electrical components, racks, and assemblies
- Perform core & shell electrical rough-in, including conduit routing, feeders, and branch circuits
- Assist with underground electrical systems: duct banks, vaults, grounding, and site infrastructure
- Support temporary power distribution systems for construction operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, and construction drawings
- Install conduit systems (EMT, RMC, PVC, underground-rated materials)
Qualifications:
- North Dakota Journeyman Electrical License required OR licensed in a reciprocating state with ability to reciprocate in ND: Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Maine, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Utah, Wyoming
- Minimum 8 years commercial electrical experience
- Experience on large-scale construction projects preferred
- Proficient with conduit bending, installation methods, and electrical tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Must have standard electrical hand tools
- Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Proper use of PPE: steel-toe boots, hard hat, safety vest, gloves, and safety glasses
Additional Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
