Job Description
Jersey Mikes Subs is looking to build a strong team of warm and friendly crew member and shift leaders with the backing of our management team; who will do so while offering a happy and pleasant experience to customers by creating the perfect sub with a smile. If you are an enthusiastic, outgoing, detail oriented person, then this job is for you!
Basic Requirements:
- Ability to Hire.
- Ability to Make Schedules.
- Ability to manage orders, inventory, and food cost.
- Ability to cash manage
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated, service-oriented, and friendly
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Work well with a team of crew members
- Capability to learn skills quickly
- Possess cleanliness and organizational skills
- Food service experience is a plus
- Has the ability to lead
- Thrive in the Jersey Mikes process
Compensation
We recognize the importance of compensation and are happy to discuss further. Our Restaurant Managers work a minimum of 50 hours and are paid between $66,300 and 70,000+ a year. The schedule is generally 5/6 days a week at around 8/10 hours a day depending on what is best suited for the business.
