Responsibilities
- Operate tow trucks to safely transport vehicles to designated locations.
- Load and unload vehicles with care, ensuring no damage occurs during the process.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and vehicle conditions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Assist in conflict management situations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on tow trucks to ensure safety and efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience operating flatbed tow trucks is advantageous.
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
