Job Summary:
Inventory Support is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records on-site, including tracking the movement of inventoried items, conducting physical counts, and reconciling discrepancies. This includes monitoring safety stock levels, purchasing, and providing regular reports to management.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Validates daily inventory movements and tracks accuracy systematically and physically.
- Assists with inventory management in the coupling warehouse and monitor safety stock levels.
- Able to negotiate pricing with vendors for future WIP.
- Provides reconciliation reports to the inventory manager.
- Assists with periodic physical inventory audits.
- Provides support for customer-related questions.
- Performs other related duties as requested.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Good communication skills with fellow workers, the purchasing department, and customers.
- Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.
- Organized and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Must demonstrate Attention to Detail.
Must be able to speak, read and write fluently in English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
