About the Opportunity
Our client, a publicly traded financial services organization, is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join its growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for a driven recruiter who excels in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering closely with business leaders to identify and attract top talent across a variety of corporate functions.
The organization operates within a highly regulated environment and is looking for a recruiter who can balance process, stakeholder management, and proactive sourcing while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition intake through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source, engage, and attract passive talent using a variety of recruiting channels
- Recruit for professional and corporate positions ranging from entry-level to Director-level roles
- Conduct resume reviews, screenings, interview coordination, and candidate evaluations
- Provide market intelligence and hiring insights to internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Support process improvement initiatives and recruiting-related projects
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and recruiting best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience managing a high-volume requisition load
- Strong sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills
- Experience recruiting professional, corporate, or business-facing positions
- Ability to influence and advise hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Recruiting experience within financial services, banking, accounting, finance, risk, compliance, or related industries
- Experience with Workday or similar ATS platforms
- Interest in process improvement, automation, and recruiting technology
