What You Will Do:
To improve the quality of life of patients and families by coordinating patient care processes—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—in collaboration with patients, families, physicians, and support services.

Conducts thorough physical and psychosocial assessments, prioritizing based on patient condition

Identifies nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes using collected assessment data

Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to create and update individualized plans of care

Implements evidence-based nursing interventions aligned with each patient's care plan

Delegates tasks appropriately and maintains accountability for delegated care

Ensures timely and appropriate administration of treatments and medications

Provides patient and family education and plans for discharge collaboratively

Performs ongoing evaluation and updates care plans accordingly
-
Ensures all assessments, care interventions, and education are properly documented

Demonstrates clinical competency across all age groups, including patients under procedural sedation
