The Clubhouse is a lively community destination combining sports, entertainment, and great food. If you love creating delightful dining experiences and working with a vibrant team, we're looking for a Line Cook like you!
As a Prep Cook, you will be an essential part of our kitchen team, utilizing core food preparation skills and kitchen experience to deliver high-quality dishes to our customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Food Preparation: Washing, peeling, slicing, and dicing produce. Marinating proteins and mixing sauces or dressings based on chef instructions.
- Organization & Inventory: Stocking, labeling, and dating food items. Setting up workstations so line cooks have the right ingredients within reach.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Adhering to food safety guidelines. Cleaning dishes, washing utensils, and sanitizing workspaces.
Qualifications:
- Cooking experience or Back of the House experience a must.
- Able to meet all scheduling commitments
- Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
- Strong attention to detail
Pay: $18.00 per hour
