Hiring an individual to work with a male client, age 11, who is diagnosed with autism. Candidate must have an RBT certification and experience working with individuals with autism AND who engages in problem behavior. **Candidates without an RBT certification AND experience will automatically be excluded from consideration. Schedule is 15 hours per week on weekdays between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:30 pm . Shifts are 3 -4 hours. There may be an additional opportunity to work with another client who engages in severe problem behavior. This position is suitable for those who are interested in becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Supervised fieldwork experience is provided as part of employment. The company is BCBA-owned, and services are provided in the home.
