HaMakom of Temple Beth Am is looking for part-time Religious School teachers for the 2026 – 2027 school year (August - May) who are enthusiastic, creative, reliable, and nurturing.
Temple Beth Am is a Reform Congregation located in Jupiter, Florida. Religious School meets Sundays from 9:00 am – noon (K – 7th), Wednesdays from 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm (3rd – 7th).
Responsibilities:
Implement interactive & engaging lesson plans utilizing the ISJL curriculum, communicate effectively with parents, work with Madrichim (teacher’s aides) in the classroom and participate in staff meetings and professional development.
Job requirements:
Prior teaching experience recommended, a commitment to Jewish education and enjoying working with children, excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
