Join our mission-driven organization.
Family Solutions is a compassionate and dedicated non-profit organization specializing in providing critical therapeutic services for children and families for the past 24 years. We are currently seeking Child and Family Therapists to join our mission-driven and growing teams.
As a Child and Family Therapist at Family Solutions, you will play a vital role in offering hope and healing to children and families. You will provide therapeutic services that address trauma, attachment issues, and emotional well-being, aiming to empower children and families to thrive.
Commitment to Health Equity
We recognize the many historical, social, and cultural factors impacting the mental health of children and families, particularly the impacts of systemic oppression based on race, disability, income, sexual identity and sexual orientation. We strive to make our practices and environment as welcoming as possible for underserved communities. As part of our health equity focus, we are actively seeking bilingual and/or bicultural applicants in Spanish and ASL.
Multiple Programs Available:
Family Solutions offers multiple opportunities for our clinicians to work in the setting of their choice. Featured Openings
We currently have several exciting full-time opportunities within our School-Based Child and Family Therapy program:
Rooted School — Vancouver Public Schools Charter
This full-time School-Based Therapist position includes several days per week on-site at Rooted School, a Vancouver Public Schools charter school, paired with the remaining days at a second Clark County school site. The Rooted School caseload is dedicated to providing culturally specific therapeutic services, and we strongly encourage clinicians of color to apply, as shared cultural background and lived experience are central to the therapeutic relationships this role is designed to build.
School-Based Positions — All Grade Levels, Multiple Districts
We are hiring full-time School-Based therapists at the elementary, middle, and high school levels across several partner districts throughout Clark County. Our School-Based Therapists typically split their week across two school sites (for example, two days at one school and three at another), so you'll build relationships in more than one building. Whatever age group or school environment speaks to you, we likely have an opening to match.
