About Us:
Ripple Wellness provides acupuncture, massage, naturopathic medicine, nutrition, mental health counseling, yoga and breathwork. Our team collaborates closely to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients while fostering a supportive and positive work environment.
Position Details:
- 33 Hours / Week
- Schedule: MON / TUES / THURS / FRI 9:00am-3:45pm, WED 7:15 - 3:45pm
- Location: In-person at our clinic

Beyond excellent customer service, they contribute to a supportive work environment and take pride in helping both patients and coworkers have a great experience.
You should have:
Customer Service Skills – Excellent communication and a welcoming demeanor
Attention to Detail – Accuracy in scheduling, invoicing, and documenting patient demographics & insurance
Tech-Savviness – Experience with electronic health records (we use Charm EHR) is a plus
Multitasking Ability – Comfortable managing patient check-ins, emails, phones, and office duties
Team-Oriented Mindset – Kind, respectful, and supportive of coworkers, with a positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a healthy workplace culture.
Passion for Wellness – An interest in healthcare as both a career and lifestyle
Medical Office Experience – Familiarity with HIPAA, privacy policies, and basic healthcare procedures is a plus
