Compensation: $15 - $18 per hour (based on experience)
Shifts: Day, Evening, and Rotating Saturday Shifts

We are looking for a friendly, empathetic, and proactive Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at Macungie Animal Hospital, an AAHA-accredited practice. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love talking about pets, and are dedicated to providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Welcoming Clients: Greet clients with a smile and make them feel comfortable and valued.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage multiple phone lines, schedule appointments, and provide clients with accurate information.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately create medical record entries, process transactions, and maintain up-to-date client files.
- Customer Service Excellence: Address client inquiries, solve problems efficiently, and ensure high satisfaction with our services.
- Cashier Duties: Handle invoicing for medical transactions and collect payments for services rendered.

- Problem Solver: You are confident in troubleshooting, and if you're unsure, you’ll do the research to find a solution.

- Detail-Oriented: Accurate data entry and medical record keeping are crucial in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering a high volume of incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries with care and precision.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, offering them personalized and empathetic assistance.
- Managing appointments, creating and maintaining client medical records, and processing payments for services.
- Meeting service team goals to ensure the highest standards of client satisfaction and efficiency.
