Job Title: Field Manager

We are a one year old kick a$$ window cleaning/pressure washing company full of highly successful, energetic and young highschool/college students that just cleared the $1 million mark in sales in our first year! We're looking for a highly organized and solution oriented individual(s) to help organize our field operations and technician team. Street smarts and knowing how to fix things is going to be pretty important. This is a high energy / physical job with equally high energy employees. You will:
- Lead teams: Manage, train, and motivate field technicians and supervisors.
- Oversee operations: Ensure daily field schedules and project deadlines are met.
- Maintain quality: Conduct regular safety and quality control audits.
- Solve problems: Resolve on-site technical and operational issues quickly.
- Report progress: Deliver regular status updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Energy and attitude: we need people with the right attitude, not somebody who just comes into the office to punch a clock.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Logistics: Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
We may also drug test or pull background checks. The latter is not a deal breaker, however we need people with their $hit together.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
