Advanced Personnel Resources, a trusted staffing partner in the Triad for over 40 years, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting on-site. Position Overview
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruiting while also developing and maintaining client relationships within the skilled trades and light industrial space. This role combines recruiting, account management, and relationship development for contract and direct hire opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Recruit for light industrial roles including production, warehouse, assembly, forklift, and distribution positions
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking
- Conduct candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Coordinate interviews and communicate feedback with clients
- Ensure compliance with all hiring, onboarding, and background screening processes
Sales & Client Management:
- Maintain client network with proactive outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct client intake meetings to understand staffing needs and workforce planning
- Present qualified candidates and manage the placement process from start to finish
- Negotiate pay rates, bill rates, and assignment terms
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
Operations & Administration:
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems (Bullhorn experience a plus)
- Manage job postings and recruiting activity across multiple platforms
- Extensive use of social media, job board platforms and networking opportunities
- Monitor assignment performance and employee retention
- Ensure timely communication with internal teams and clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ATS/CRM experience preferred#IND1
