Woodstock Architectural Products is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Millwork Craftsman to join our team in Las Vegas.
We manufacture custom architectural millwork, cabinetry, mouldings, veneer panels, wall systems, beams, wrapped components, and specialty wood products for commercial, hospitality, retail, gaming, and high-end residential projects throughout the Southwest.
This position is for a highly skilled craftsman who takes pride in quality workmanship, precision, and attention to detail. We are looking for someone who enjoys building exceptional custom wood products and has the experience to fabricate projects independently from shop drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, fabricate, and assemble custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, mouldings, wall systems, beams, veneer panels, and specialty wood products
- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, cut lists, and fabrication details
- Operate woodworking equipment including moulders, shapers, table saws, edgebanders, CNC routers, sanders, and related machinery
- Work with hardwoods, veneers, laminates, MDF, plywood, and specialty materials
- Assemble cabinets, architectural panels, mouldings, and custom millwork components
- Install hardware, doors, drawer systems, and specialty architectural features
- Perform sanding, surface preparation, quality inspections, and finishing touch-ups
- Troubleshoot fabrication challenges and determine efficient production methods
- Maintain quality standards while meeting production schedules
- Safely lift, move, and handle materials and finished products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural millwork, custom cabinetry, woodworking, or related fabrication
- Ability to independently fabricate projects from shop drawings and specifications
- Strong understanding of commercial architectural millwork construction methods
- Experience with veneers, laminates, hardwoods, MDF, plywood, and architectural panel systems
- Experience operating woodworking machinery and power tools safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift materials throughout the workday
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial architectural millwork experience
- CNC router experience
- Veneer layup experience
- Finishing and spray booth experience
- Forklift certification
Compensation & Benefits
- $30.00–$33.00 per hour, depending on experience
- $5,000 Retention Bonus
- $2,500 paid after six months of continuous employment
- $2,500 paid after twelve months of continuous employment
