ShepCo Paving Company is looking for an Experienced Asphalt Paving Foreman. Applicant must have a minimum of 8 years paving experience with 2 years as a foreman. Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an asphalt paving foreman
- Ability to work well with other team members, customers, and inspectors
- Ability to create a 'team environment' within the paving crew
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Valid Georgia driver's license with a clean record
- Must pass drug screening
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to estimate asphalt tonnage required based on field measurements
- Monitor materials yields to ensure project specifications are met and there are not material over-runs
- Plan, schedule, delegate, and supervise the work of crew members
- Keep daily records of jobs including materials used, trucks used, and crew labor hours
- Be on time
- Ensure the safety of other paving team members and the general public
- Must be able to communicate effectively and maintain simple records
- Other duties as assigned
ShepCo works within the greater Metro Atlanta area. This position does not require overnight travel.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
